From start to finish, my experience with M&F Pro in Queens was outstanding. I recently brought my car in for a wheel alignment and was impressed by the exceptional service, fair pricing, and speed. As a 24‑hour tire shop, they offer convenience that many competitors can’t match — I didn’t have to rearrange my day or wait for normal business hours.  The service team at M&F is truly professional. They listened to my concerns, explained what needed adjustment, and got to work without delay. Even though I arrived during a busy time, the alignment was completed quickly — well under an hour — with care and precision.  One of the most impressive parts was their transparent and reasonable pricing. Before they started, I got a clear sense of what I would be charged. No hidden fees, no unnecessary upsells — just honest, solid work. For the quality and speed, it felt like a great value. Customers before me had made similar comments in reviews: fair, efficient, good service.  Additionally, they offer a broad range of related services (tire mounting & balancing, rim repair, sensor programming, etc.), which made it easy to address other concerns in one stop. The workers here are not the most friendliest, but they get the job done. They are located on a small side Street off Merrick Blvd. My son had a flat tire and the tow truck driver brought us here. As soon as we arrived, they immediately took the car in, assessed what was wrong and replaced it. They take cash and I appreciate the fact that it’s a 24/7 shop. The cost of the tire wasn’t bad either. Would definitely be back.

DO NOT COME HERE Maintenance nor TO REPLACE your tires at this shop. From when i first walked in the workers act like they did not see me and had bad attitudes. I gave them the measurements for my wheel and they told me they had none in stock that were used. Mind you before i asked i was in the lot searching and already found specific dimensioned tire i needed. I let them know i seen it & they still persisted to sell me a brand new one. Not only was the used tired 80$’s but after 3 months the Tire BURSTED while i driving on the highway. So i received a tire that was not worth 80 more like 20$ due to it rotting from the inside and bursting!, i get terrible service when they worker changed my wheel after he was done he dropped my car aggressively down off the jack and most of all i was lied too!

Don't come here to change tires and repair wheels. I changed two second-hand tires here. After less than three months of use, one of them burst and the other one bulged. Then the wheel was violently dismantled and cracked. They charged me $100 to weld the crack. After two months, the wheel cracked again. They said it was not their technical problems, and then charged me another $100. No matter what the reason is, don't come to this black-hearted store again! Avoid getting shoddy products and bad technology again.

If you come before 8pm you can speak to the owner (Maurice) very nice high character person. They are so fair with pricing, $15 plug $20 patch, I always tip of course so another $5 tip. And they will do a very good job but they really shine because they are 24 hours... I literally pull up and 11pm to 1am when there's no traffic and in emergencies I'll tow the car their and have them fix it. Of course it's good to call ahead and make sure they have a new tire or used tire for your vechile incase your flat tire isn't repairable... but I take all my cars to them. I have 3 Teslas and 1 Nissan leaf. If I need new tires I usually ask Maurice to find me tires and wait till he has my size if they aren't in-stock. This is the only place I go for tires and they even have an alignment machine on premises. I really hope they stay in business for as long as I stay in NYC lol 😆 I wouldn't want to find a new tire shop. 😅
